It's a spiritual vibe
There are no birthdays today
INNER VIBRATIONS is an online magazine combining the lifestyle of creative artists & spiritual gurus into one revolutionary movement.
Dear Inspirations...
I always felt an inner knowing that I was born to fulfill a purpose, which I believe many others feel the same. Because of this deep nudge within, I've achieved goals that have expanded my horizons and have even inspired others to give their own dreams a try. Thus, I am now a Multimedia Artist with records getting world wide rotational spin, and I encourage everyone to stretch themselves by understanding the fact that we are fascinatingcreatures capable of becoming anything we want. And yet, it's important to realize that we are not solely the idea that our ego is attached to (Ex. A Singer, Dancer, Painter, Film Maker, etc.) because as we grow and learn, we become more evolved with our knowledge of spiritual expansion which reveals the divinity of why we chose the roles we did in the first place. In short, we are all born to enrich the world.
This magazine celebrates the creative community by exposing artists from their core true being, rather than just their surface accomplishments. All articles include deep insights beyond the fame and glory, and shows the audience how they too can achieve their dreams by staying true to their convictions. I believe that inspiration feeds inspiration. Therefore, sign up... become a member... and network with all of the beautiful beings of light who are working together as one harmonious unit. For direct contact, please email inner.vibrations@yahoo.com
INNER VIBRATIONS is also in partnership with CRYSTALLINE CITY RADIO An online light worker radio station operating 24/7 to broadcast topics about spiritual ascension.

INTERNATIONAL ARTIST: Rainy Payne
Creates meditation guides inspired by Anaya,
her higher self
Texas born, Rainy Payne, is a successful spoken word Artist who delved into the soulful house music industry when she moved to NYC in the early part of the millennium. (Residing from 1998 - 2005 to be exact) Of course it was no surprise to Rainy that adjusting her lifestyle to the city that never sleeps was going to be somewhat stressful, however she found solace through frequently meditating and attending Yoga classes. "When I was in NY, I became overwhelmed by all the nervous energy I picked up from people, so I got into meditation to find my own space," says Rainy.
That's not all she found. While hitting the NYC night scene, she quickly found her calling as an overnight success due to intermingling with international producers, DJ's and other artists who exchanged creative ideas that gave this starlet a chance to shine!
Being the natural born writer Rainy is, Rainy's first poetic single to drop was Your Eyes (produced by DJ Aphreme) in 2008 which opened the door for her next hit, Obsession, which reached the top 4 in the underground house music charts just three weeks later. "In…

You may have seen Actor, Luis Antonio Ramos, in a series of Hollywood films including Spike Lee's Do The Right Thing, Sea of Love with Al Pacino, and a horror movie called The Ruins. But his credits don't stop there. Also featured in a string of hot TV shows such as Friends, The Shield, Alias, CSI: Miami, and Burn Notice, this Bronx born native, Puerto Rican entrepreneur has been consistently active in a rather pretty flaky industry.
Due to the high's and low's that stardom often brings, Ramos knew that his sanity lied in self-discipline. And although most actors are stigmatized for their free spirited nature (because they flee from pursuing 9 to 5 jobs) Ramos found a dependable activity that actually served his spontaneous career: Cycling.
"My motive for cycling is that it mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepares me for my work. It keeps me clear headed and ready to go at a moments notice," says Ramos. When call backs are unpredictable, scene locations are sporadic, and work days are between 12 to 14 hours, it makes sense that one would need to have a good amount of stamina and endurance to remain alert.
Luckily for this intelligent fella, his healthy lifestyle began slowly budding as early as the 80's when he'd ride his bike beyond the borders of his Bronx barrio just to expand his horizons. Well, as fate would have it, after cruising through Central Park one summer afternoon, he got the buzz, heard the call, and felt the roar! As a swarm of about 150 cyclists rode passed him, Ramos said to himself, I wanna ride with that pack. One year later, he did.

"Music is common ground for peace in the world."
- Alisha Zalkin (Independent Grassroots Singer)
Tracing back to her Jewish ancestors who endured the Natzi Holocaust, the independent artist, Alisha Zalkin, cherishes her privilege to pursue a career in music due to her grandmother's missed opportunities during Hitler's rise.
Born and raised in San Diego, California, Alisha remembers hearing stories about her grandmother; the Opera singer who lost the chance to attend Vienna School of Music in Austria. With so much chaos running rampant, her grandmother fled the country for safety, never able to fulfill her childhood dreams. Because of this, it has inspired Alisha to take full advantage of her gift to sing, and to use her voice as a tool that connects people together instead of pushing them apart.
As of recently, this talented alternative Artist has just completed a five song EP entitled, March To A Different Beat, which she plans to promote around Memorial Day. At the same time, Alisha is also scheduled to…

Who should be allowed to read your journal?
Not everyone writes in a journal. Either because they don't have the time for it, don't find it beneficial, or are afraid that someone will read all of their best kept secrets. I must confess, it took me a very long time to write in my journal again due to having it broken into when I was a teenager by my overly concerned mother. Yet after a few years passed, (reaching my mid twenties) I slowly got back into it. And yet I feared pouring out my heart and soul, afraid that it would get broken into again, and maybe this time, by a lover! However... The correct answer to this question is that no one should read it, unless you decide to share it with someone you trust.
Have you ever wanted to write in a journal but decided not to out of fear of being caught, judged or ridiculed?
When I began writing in a journal again, it was because I had been advised that keeping a journal reveals certain aspects of ourselves that we may have been unaware of, hence, a dated journal keeps a record of "patterns", "habits", and "transformations" that have taken place in our lives. For instance,…

"I Am Your Confidence And Self-Esteem Coach Expert."
- NOREEN SUMPTER
CERTIFIED LIFE COACH
"The relationship you have with yourself is the most important, and you have to know how far you want things to go. For instance, if you're dating someone, it's ok to enjoy their company but still know that you're not looking to marry them. It's also ok if they want more from you. But just because they want more, doesn't mean that you have to want more. Know what you want and if you decide that you're ready to end things, then don't go into the ugly. Rather, go into a space of remembering the positive experiences you had together and wish them well."

OSCAR WINNING SPRING MOVIE REVIEW
I've heard before, that silence is powerful. But I never realized how true this was until being shown by demonstration on the big screen. The Artist, Directed by Michel Hazanavicius is an hour and a half long silent film that leaves audiences with one option: To read subtitles and rely on body language. Much like watching a foreign film, (let's say completely spoken in Italian, Spanish, or some other language) this movie inspires a generation that's been spoiled by special effects, explosions, and talking scenes, to appreciate great acting skills with a killer story line.
Based in the 1920's, this film captures the culture of Hollywood to a T - proving that certain things always stay the same. For this, many can relate to the characters, especially today's fellow artists who are not much different from yesterday's. Another beautiful point to make are the creative "out-of-the-box" visual effects. Who says we need vibrant colors, exaggerated make-up, and dramatic explosions to express creativity and entertain audiences? By playing crazy camera tricks, the director shocks viewers by shooting scenes from upside down, sideways, and beside mirrors to enhance movie magic - at some parts, imitating a Twilight zone vibe. This Oscar winning film definitely deserves people's attention for more reasons than one. Firstly, to give respect to the past, appreciate the future,…

"QUESTION EVERYTHING." - Advocate of Wordz.
How can an Atheist be considered a spiritually conscious person? Easy. When a man refuses to eat poison because he knows that he's already filled with an organic knowledge of self that shouldn't be tainted or manipulated with, is when you can say that a man is connected to his true center. "Question Everything," insists the prolific Spoken Word Poet, Advocate of Wordz. "Even question authority."
Bridging a world between the awakened and the unawakened, this artist skillfully enlightens his audience by dropping jewels guaranteed to stimulate minds. Not that he's a Know-It-All, but his deep, driving desire to live with passion and purpose causes him to rebel against living comfortably within an imprisoned society. What this means is that he reads in between the lines of school text books, bibles and made man laws. Getting to the root of many causes, he challenges authority, unwilling to follow the flock simply because mainstream society has a popular way of doing things, be it as a Christian, Muslim, Jew, or a Democrat, Republican or U.S. Veteran, etc. The Poet is neither of these because he understands that he was born a free man, belonging to nothing and yet to everything.
From his very own mouth he says, "People are allowed to form their own opinions, but they're not allowed to form their own facts." With extensive knowledge in religious history, Latino and ethnic heritage, gender roles and sexism, and even American politics, Wordz may still be growing like the rest of us, but he's become a master at…

An album that shares a wealth of knowledge, investing in the spirit of a higher truth.
Read on...
Every now and then, an Artist comes along that shocks fans everywhere with nothing but classics. jOHNNYDANGEOUs A.K.A. The Foremost Poets is the man to thank for producing what I'm proud to call a sensational masterpiece - no exaggeration! PLANET ASIA, (which is named after the ancient fact, that the world originated as one mass of land surrounded by water before dividing into seven continents) will blow your mind with every rhythm, every lyric, and every vibration. Released digitally through his own independent record label, Exadoria, the album can be purchased on Traxsource, Beatport, and Amazon.
"The whole album was created to keep me awake," says jD. "It's very easy to go to sleep because we're bombarded by so many illusions." Curiously, I asked him what he meant by illusions and to my surprise, the pioneer of house music replied with a wisdom as simple as this, "Fairy tale language for adults," followed by a light giggle.
With hit songs such as "I'LL BE YOUR MAKER", "EVERYTHING IS BACKWARDS", and "YOU ARE THE MESSAGE", this funky, soulful, Philadelphia born Artist is gaining much support from fans world wide. Why? Because his lyrics are not targeted for one…
